Paul Donnelly is a studio potter and the 2016 NCECA Onsite Conference Liaison residing in Kansas City, MO. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics from Edinboro University and his Masters of Fine Arts from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Ceramics at the Kansas City Art Institute where he teaches students Art and Design practices within the context of the vessel.
